Hello and welcome to ApocTV.com, your portal to my knowledge of all things tech and gaming related. Competitive-grade gaming concepts, reviews, and tech guides will be observed here at length.

And me? Well, I'm apoct aka Apoc or Michael if you care to address me more personally. I'm a competitive gamer and have been playing games for 13+ years.  Some people watch TV, listen to the radio, or read books... I play video games, it's just what I do.  I've been a dedicated fan and player of FPS games since the Quake series and I played Quake 2, Quake 3, UT2003, and UT2004 -- all competitively.  I've won my fair share of tournaments and as a teenager I enjoyed the income from competitive gaming. I still play FPS games to this day. Playing RTS games is a major switch and getting good at RTS is a whole 'nother thing.  It's not going to happen over night... it's going to take a lot of hard work, and that's where I am right now. The hard work.

Aside from games, I love computers and electronics in general. I love to work out in the gym and go snowboarding.  I am self employed, a business owner, a friend, a writer, a twitch.tv/hashd.tv producer/partner/streamer, and overall a huge fan of e-sports. What I really am is pleased to meet you, thanks for stopping by and reading posts, checking out clips, and participating in the discussion on the finer points of computing and gaming that really matter to me!

I really appreciate your support! I need your criticism and suggestions, so please, lay'em on me.  You don't have to sugar coat anything here, as long as your motives are proper.
